The Children's Help Center of Oceana County set up this program in 2001.  General program operations are funded by grants from National CASA Association, Oceana United and the Oceana Family Court.  Additional support includes Black Tie Dinners and Sailboat Cruises, Hart and Shelby Rotary and the Optimist Club.
