This program has advocated for children in Kent County since 1991. It is supported mainly through county funding.  To further support ongoing training for volunteers and to continue the yearly Christmas Project for the children being advocated for, holiday cards, lapel pins, and an assortment of CASA logo apparel are sold throughout the year.
