Began in 1996 at the urging of Juvenile Judge Susan L. Dobrich, this program serves the Cass County Family Court. This program is a nonprofit agency supported by Strong Families/Safe Children, Cass County Youth Committee, Gateway Community Foundation, The Shriners, Masonics, Phi Theta Mu, Wicks Apple House and other private individuals.  The Board of Directors facilitates other fundraising projects including a dinner/dance, ducky race, raffles and sales.
